A culinary delight every evening
From the moment we arrived, Luc and Hilde made us feel welcomed like family. The rooms were stunningly decorated with impeccable cleanliness. Each morning presented a breakfast feast, featuring freshly baked bread and a vibrant fruit salad. The garden offered a serene escape, perfect for lounging between adventures. Hilde's cooking was a highlight—dinner was a gastronomic experience, and we were tempted to return for more.
While we adored our stay, the staircase to our upper room felt steep, which may challenge those less sure-footed. An easier access option would have enhanced the experience.

Hilde's dinners were a standout feature of my stay. Each evening, I enjoyed innovative meals packed with flavor. The spacious garden offered a peaceful environment, perfect for relaxing between activities. The room I had was immaculate, showcasing tasteful decor and a comfortable bed. Breakfast options were plentiful, with freshly baked bread and delightful fruit salads setting my day off right. One small downside was the staircase to my upper room, which felt a bit steep and might be a challenge for some. Nevertheless, the overall ambiance and personal touch from Luc and Hilde made this a memorable stay.

The spacious room was nicely decorated and featured a large, cozy bed along with a big bathroom—definitely a comfortable setup for a couple. Plus, the garden area is beautifully manicured with a pool that’s perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The town itself feels a bit lacking compared to other tourist spots in South Africa. Dining options nearby require either a short drive or a cautious walk if you're planning to enjoy a drink. Thin walls were also an issue. I could hear the neighbors quite clearly, which can disrupt your peace, especially in a guesthouse setting.

A Delightful Home Away From Home
Our stay was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The immaculate room was both spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view of the beautifully maintained garden and pool area. The highlight of our visit was definitely the breakfast, featuring a sumptuous array of options that made each morning a joy. If there's one area for improvement, it would be to have more options for dining nearby without needing to drive. we thoroughly enjoyed our time and felt truly welcomed.

Couples will have a great time
Luc and Hilde were amazing hosts , and I was truly impressed by the lovely 3 course dinner they provided , it was nothing short of divine. The room was spacious with a huge comfy bed where I slept like a baby , and waking up to the aroma of freshly baked bread was just the icing on the cake.
It was not inexpensive , but you get what you pay for.
